Welcome to Maid Service in Bangalore. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Scope

  • We offer domestic help services such as maid placement, home cleaning, cooking help, babysitting, and elder care.

  • All maids and service staff provided are background-verified and selected based on client preferences.

  • Services are available across Bangalore and nearby locations based on availability.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and service-related information during inquiry or booking.

  • Treat assigned staff with respect and provide a safe working environment.

  • Not misuse, harass, or engage in any illegal activity involving our staff.

3. Payments & Charges

  • No advance payment is required for inquiry or shortlisting.

  • Payment is due only after confirming and finalizing the maid/service.

  • All charges will be clearly communicated to you before booking.

  • Fees are non-refundable once the service has been confirmed and initiated.

4. Replacement & Support

  • If you are unsatisfied with the assigned maid within a reasonable period, we offer free replacements as per the terms shared at the time of booking.

  • Support is available for all active clients through our dedicated helpline and email.

5. Service Validity

  • Once hired, the maid is assigned solely to the client unless otherwise agreed.

  • No renewal charges are applicable after one year unless stated.

6. Verification & Documentation

  • All maids and domestic staff are ID verified and undergo background/document verification.

  • We do not guarantee past employment history unless explicitly documented.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • While we strive to provide trustworthy and trained staff, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or disputes caused by the maid/helper once they are working under the client’s supervision.

  • We recommend installing basic CCTV monitoring for long-term services, especially in the absence of family members.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or terminate service to any client found violating our terms or engaging in illegal/misleading behavior.

  • Cancel or delay service due to unavoidable circumstances or maid unavailability, with prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
